Join me for fun and fitness with dance as movement.

If you are curious to try a new form of excercise that’s for women of all ages, please join me for 6 weeks of beginners classes in Global Caravan Dance!

Tone your body, inspire your mind, take time for yourself. 

No dance experience necessary! Come along to have fun and learn something new!

Global Caravan Dance

6 week beginners course

Date: Starts Feb 11th

Time: Wed nights 6-7pm

Cost: $15 per class ($90 - 6 weeks)

Open to all levels, including no dance experience.

Women aged 16+ (no kids)

WHAT TO WEAR:

Please wear something comfortable to move in, pants yoga style or stretchy. Dress up in costume if you wish!

Please bring water bottle
